Dear all,

I want to simulate the switch (just a pmos and a nmos) ON resistance by HSPICE.
Who can show me the way?

isn't that just 1/gds when Vgs is equal to Vth??
 

or print Vds(m1)/I(m1)
 

Hi flushrat,

I want to plot the equivalent resistance of a trans-gate, not one MOS device,
including a NMOS and a PMOS. And it can be viewed by waveform viewer.

How can I setup the simulation stimulus?
