How can I get the switch ON resistance plot by HSPICE?

Who can show me the way?

Hi flushrat,

I want to plot the equivalent resistance of a trans-gate, not one MOS device,
including a NMOS and a PMOS. And it can be viewed by waveform viewer.

How can I setup the simulation stimulus?
