now ,the power_supply is 3v in my circuit ,how can i get the 5v or 7.5v voltage , if i need to use a charge pump or other circuit structure? i do not have the experience related to this , expecting your advices!!!
Depending on current that you will require at the higher voltage level, you can use a charge pump such as for example: **broken link removed**
or you can build an inverter such as: http://www.aaroncake.net/circuits/6-12conv.htm (some values need to be changed in order to operate correctly of 3V)

in the simplest way, you can build an oscilator such as 555 and drive a little transformer such as impulse choke core and with ratio of turn deliver the desire voltage at output.
if you still havea problem reply to upload circuit.
If you need less than 100mA, use a switched capacitor circuit. They are made by linear technology, analog devices, national and others. For more current, you will need a switching regulator with a coil or transformer. Look at the same manufacturers for this.
