how can i get serial interupt in PC serial port?

there are lots of serial port tutorials on the internet and the job is too easy make a small search (try google at least)if still got problems we are all ready to help
 

com port inpc

In Visual Basic there is MSComm_OnComm() that is triggered when CommEvent occurs.
