spice problem

How can I execute this in spice? can any body guide me?(I got it from EDN)

I use spice3, and the input file is PhaseLockLoop.
I type command:

spice3 PhaseLockLoop

A window displays waveform.

I have not used Orcad V.10.
You can try. First, rename PhaseLockLoop to PhaseLockLoop.cir. Then type following command on Dos command line:

path_to_pspice.exe/pspice.exe /r path_to_PhaseLockLoop.cir/PhaseLockLoop.cir
