how can i design the 5.9ghz LC oscillator

i am designing cmos Lc oscillator at 5.9 ghz frequency but in the out there os no oscillation generate. i used the Hspice simulation tool for analysis of output plz help to get the oscillation for lc oscillator.
 

Are you sure you don't mean 5.9kHz, - not 5.9ghz?
