Maybe you can also do the same in the wireless router or access point using the configuration, although i am not sure of the latter.

And I wanna to control the Signal Strength of Wi-Fi to avoid ::: a) Interference with Mobile Network (e.g. 3G ) b) The repeated Handoff between this two network Wi-Fi and 3G Thanks
