What is the procedure to adjust the width and length of a transistor ? we can change it in the model file we r using for the circuit . But what i need to know is whether just the width and length parameter changes are enough or some other parameters like oxide thickness, AD,AS,Vth etc also has to be changed according to the variation in size of the transistor? pls reply. Thanks in advance
