how can design software PLL in microcontroller?

Hi,
how can i design a PLL on a microcontroller? i must have C code for it?
it is for grid synchronization. i am thinking about software PLL , but dont have any idea!
i have a single phase dc-ac converter with R-L load. i dont have any grid !
any point or information for this is appreciated.
