how can bypass proxy server on dial up?

can any of u tell me plz ...how proxy server can be by passed?? I mean there are some sites which are blocked on server and i want to access them...how proxy server can be by passed??

search on google using string 'proxy sites'
select some site to enter blocked address
ctunnel.com may do the job
