Also the cutting is automatic and its for every bag the blade goes up and down automatically to cut down each and every bag

No the cutting is not automatic, it is driven by a motor, there will be sensors, telling the motor when to run to do the cutting. Only a person walking off the street would say its automatic. Everything will be preplanned and programmed towards the job of making plastic bags with zero wastage in materials and power.

But once the program is fed to the computer the execution of it does not need human intervention unless during emergencies right
