This is a guitar effect DS-1 of own construction. Schematic and PCB were taken from tonepad, although a small modification was made. Housing was made of a painted metal tin. There is no space for battery, because the effect is powered by a charger from an old Nokia 1631 (10V 750mA). The PCB was mounted to the housing using two screws and two spacer pins based on the plate. Buttons are made of 6-pins isostats. Large metal pads are welded around them so the jagged holes are not visible. Knobs were removed from an old radio receiver. Output socket is a mini jack. All cables inside are shielded.

Modification consists of the possibility to change diodes cutting off the signal:



This allows you to reach sound in style of distortion on LEDs and something similar to FUZZ on germanium diodes.
