It is a construction of small and cheap but powerful subwoofer based on speaker from Alphard LW 80A4 (8”, 4ohm, 200W).

Housing was made of 18mm thick chipboard. External dimensions of the subwoofer: 25x31x33,5cm. Capacity – 18l and tunnel BR 7x11cm. Boards were sealed with polymer glue and screwed with a large number of screws. The whole was wrapped in a black veneer. Previously, all the holes were covered with plaster.

Pictures:

Holes were made using a thin blade for metal. Subwoofer is driven by NE065. After using a DP filter, the sound was okay.
