Hi could someone please help me in programming this chip, I've downloaded the programme HT-IVE3000 from the Holtek site, and also found I could use the hardware Velleman kit K4048, my knowledge of what to do next ends there.
The chip was originally in a SOP package replacement is in a DIP package this attaches to board ok.
I believe this chip is found in battery chargers, mine comes from a golf trolley control board.
What are the basics in programming a chip?
