Hi Team,

i have a requirement to route highspeed digital siganls up to 10Ghz Range in My layout using with Blind-burried pair of vias. is there any experience regarding this?

via structure is LAYER 1-3 (blind). LAYER 3-xxx (buried)

Any signal integrity issues will come by this multiple via usage?

thanks in advance.

The short answer is: Of course those vias will have SOME impact on signal integrity. The longer answer is: The only way you’ll know if your circuit will work is to do an analysis of the PCB.

Without knowing anything about either your PCB or your circuit, an answer is impossible.
