I Want to have the high voltage input protection( 285~300 Vac) for my design. Can anyone help me?

Hi,
This is what I use in my inverter. Use this as the sense section. When input is > 285V, SIGNAL OUT > appr. 4V
You can use a comparator to compare this against a 4V reference or you can use a microcontroller to do this.
Then you can drive a relay to switch the load off.

Hope this helps.
Tahmid.

Thanks for the reply.
Could you let me know the voltage of C1 Capacitor and also suggest comparator circuit.

Hi,
The voltage depends on your max input voltage. A safe voltage would be 600V.
Hi, try this, I think it will help you.
