Hey guys,

I'm trying to build a high-speed photo-detector followed by an amplifier. I'm using LT1226 OpAmp which has a 1GHz gain BW.
The datasheet says the typical application of the OpAmp is for photo-diode pre-amplifier and gives the following circuit which is supposed to have a BW of 15 MHz:

But I couldn't get more than 200 KHz out of this circuit and I don't have any idea why.
I'm using VTB Process Photodiode with part number VTB8440BH.

I will be very thankful if someone can help me with it, or suggest a better circuit that can operate at higher data rates.

Thanks
