Hello,
I wish to drive a 330mA , 24V LED string from a 35V rail using a buck converter.
i need a ground referenced current sense resistor in series with the LEDs, -so need a high-side FET.
There appears to be no single high side drivers available for this purpose.....
at least not ones that are cheap.
LTC4440 is ok but far too expensive.
NCP3065 is the right price but is a high side driver with a buck controller itself...and i can't use its control algorithm (PFM with no frequency compensation) since i will get oscillations.
I would prefer a charge pump style NFET driver with a bootstrap cap.
