High side driver - information on boot strap circuits

High side driver

I wanted to know about the working of a high side driver and found that there will a charge coupling circuit that will boost the gate drive. Is there any other way that high side driver works? Is ther any references known to you where I could get information on boot strap circuits and other circuits related to High side Drivers?
