High precision source measurement unit

Hello
Am looking forward to make an accurate Source Measurement unit .I build a Four quadrant powersupply sing this circuit link https://obrazki.elektroda.pl/5628593600_1475910421.png
using LT1970 and it's output drops little bit when 0.5R resistance connected as load .Please suggest me a high precision source measurement circuit ,any advice and suggestions will be greatly appreciated
