piezo driver circuit

hi
i have piezo electric with a frequency about 28khz.
i want to deliver 500watt power to it.
any one have an idea for this work?

Can you detail your problem,

I feel if you increase the drive voltage,

and match driver's output impedance to

the load's characteristic impedance,

the objective can be realized.

piezo driver circuit -patent -globalspec

i have a piezo electric ceramic that ineer raduis is 2cm and outer radiuos is 6cm and highest is 7mm.
the frequency of this piezo is 28khz. and manufacture of this device give me some information about mechanical dimention and constant of this piezo.
such as d33=520 density and other.
if you want to know this paramrter i upload it.
