Hi ;
please im facing a problem in designing a generator for testing digital circuits and i want it to generate a variable pulse width at a frequency of about 100MHZ , could any one help me in this design . THANKS\]
 

With frequency 100MHz, i think you must use RC or LC OSC to creat a Sin osc first. Then use a Op Amplifier and make it operate in trigger mode to creat a pulse osc from sin osc you have made. You can change the upturn threshold of Op amplifier to get a vary pulse width. That's only private idea of mine!
