High Bandwidth OP-AMP

Hi,

Can anyone please suggest me configurations for an amplifier with following specifications?

gain > 60dB
GBW > 250MHz
output load = 300f F

Added after 1 minutes:

To add, the design is in TSMC 0.35um technology
