take a look att Hi-tech´s homepage. They have manuals for there products
 

This is in word document. I get it from A workshop PIC talk.

Its include

- Basic understanding of PIC, how to understand PIC datasheet
- Problem for PIC beginner
- schematic for PIC programmer
- Hitech sample source code and schematic is attached
- serial communication
