Hello !! hi to all members.. I am new to Power electronics .. but i know somwthing like scr,triac,diac...

anyone have idea why ceeling fan and table fan rotate in different directions..
 

the direction in which the air has to be cut is different and so the net effect is that the direction of rotations vary
