HFSS Installation problem

I have installed HFSS. Once I click on HFSS shortcut in the desktop and HFSS is opening. It is showing waiting for license server to respond. It is stopping there only and is not moving ahead also. I have shown the same screen shot below. What happend, I don't know.

Sometimes, the license server might be down or not responding correctly. Restart the license manager using FlexNet or LSF license manager tools.
