HFSS Help Document Needed for design of BandPass Filter

I wanted to design Bandpass filter at 3 GHz. I had to create a structure as shown in the attached jpeg screenshot. I am new to Analysis HFSS and require help document to create a structure using HFSS as shown in the screenshot.

Shortest method to transfer such structures is to draw the layout in a DXF compatible CAD package then import it in HFSS.

HFSS is for analysis, not for designing. If you have no design so far, have a look at Filter Solutions (now Ansys, formerly Nuhertz).
This software will design the filter layout.
