Hi.

I have this error hfss: Non-manifold edges found for part "Rectangle".
I was trying to connect 2 rectangles ( one is the source and the other one is the transmission line) but when I analyze all, then it gives me that hfss error and I don't know how to solve. Help would be very appreciated. Thank you in advance

I got something similar in the past. Non-manifold means the new geometry can't physically exist. The unification screwed up some normalcy checks, perhaps surface area or volume calculation.

Sometimes it is sufficient to use 'Modeler->Model Preparation->Heal' on the object. For more insight and solutions this page might help.

This error usually indicates that there is an error in the CAD model. It may be easiest to redraw the various primitive objects carefully making sure that the edges and vertices really match. If you are using an imported object the problem sets really fun. Sometimes using a boolean "unite" operator will correct the problem. You may soon see mesh problems as they often follow this type of error.
