HFSS error: Adaptive solution setup, process abc3d : subprocess "wave" encountered

I have the following error, but I don't understand it :

[error] Adaptive solution setup, process abc3d : subprocess "wave" encountered error in zeta computation. (6:40 mai 17, 2005)

If anyone can help me ???
