hfss pbg

How would you simulate a 2D triangular lattice PBG with HFSS? PBG is composed by a triangular lattice of dielectric rods in air.
I don't know how to set the master slave BCs and how to vary the phase relations between them: would you define 3 pairs of master-slave BCs on opposing faces?
(a set of m/s BCs is defined on the hexagonal faces with 0 phase difference)
I'm familiar with square lattice simulations as the one in Ansoft application note, but I couldn't figure out or find any information about triangular lattice PBG as the one in the pictures.

Yes please, I need how to simulate non- rectangular unit cell.

Any examples
