I designed a cylindrical resonator in HFSS and analyzed the 8 eigenmodes at different frequencies as a geometrical quantity changed (in the Optometrics section). After analysis, the eigenmodes for the waves were being displayed at the correct frequency and the electric field plot was also correct. However, when I tried to plot the magnetic field and the current through the resonator, they were both zero. I did NOT receive an error saying, "The electric field is not available to be plotted." Is it an analysis error from HFSS? Is there an option so that the magnetic field is displayed?

I am not getting the whole picture.
But few things are clear that if electric filed is correct it means there should be corresponding magnetic filed as well.
Have you selected the right geometry to plot magnetic field?

Check the phase of the magnetic field plot. If the phase is 0 degrees the H field will be zero so set the phase to 90 to see the magnetic field.

Animating over phase should also show it.
