I would like to build a HERIC inverter circuit. The 2 switches on the output side will be realized using MOSFETs. However, I am not sure how to drive those yet as they need some isolated driver circuit. I assume I need a transformer based driver circuit? Or is there an IC that's basically a high-speed-dc-dc converter?
