lm339 circuit design

hi
i want to know how to calculate frequency of this triangle wave and frequency equation of this.This circuit is using lm 339 comparator to generate triangle wave and square wave.


now circuit is here..
 

It's not exactly triangle, it's exponential function. You get the ramp up and down times by putting the 1/3 and 2/3 threshold in the exponential equation, resulting in about 0.7*RC each.

i m testing with oscillacope it is about 200kHz.
its equation is f=1.44/(2*100k*33p)
it is nearly approximation.
