[Help] XML to INI converstion ?

Can any one tell me if they know how I could convert a XML file in to standard INI File
format?

I can use Matlab, C#, Python, or Labview.

Any Help is appreciated.

P.S. I did search Google, but could not find what I was looking for. I did see an *.exe but
I'm weary of installing certain types of files.

both are text files, so it depends on application.
