Help with this mechanism

Hi all

Is there anybody that can help me to replicate the mechanism in the attached video. I promised to build a table like this to my daughter for her birthday.
My issue is with the mechanical open-close mechanism, electronic is not a problem.

Any suggestion will be appreciated.
