[PIC] Help with the current output of this Circuit

Hi Friends,
I want to know the CURRENT OUTPUT of this circuit and how it is calculated.
And can i use this circuit to drive my Atmega16.
I also need to attach 7 leds with it which can glow simultaneously. Will the current be enough for that?
Please help.

The designer of this circuit is not happy with the outcome. So please try some other capacitive power supply circuit.

No insulation from Mains power supply.. Hazardous circuit..
