Please help. I need to choose a Smart Power Module for a Wireless Power Transfer project.

I need it to be able to handle 10A, 60V and a PWM frequency of around 80KH. The topology is that of a full bridge resonant converter.
I am very new at designing circuits but this is an important project for school. I have been reading a few product catalog with little luck since I feel like I wandering and there is so much to choose from yet very little seems appropriate. What I want is a full bridge Mosfet with gate drivers includes in the SPM.

I currently have found FSFR2100XS which complies with my requirements, however it is a half bridge configuration, which could still work.
I was wondering is someone here can give a few tips in regards to picking intelligent power modules or suggest one that had work for him/her and that fits my requirements. I appreciate the help.
