help with sliding window simulation ..plz

Hello everyone,

i'm new in network field , amd i'm so new in network programming

now i have to do sliding window simulation..2 programs..one for the sender and the other for the receiver and i don't know how to do it ..therefore i need your help..i need explanation and i need examples !!!
