My questions are on the picture.

additional info:
full bridge rectifier is composed of 4 1N60 germanium diodes (D1 - D4)
R3 and R4 values are derived by setting UVLO to approx 0.8V
R1 and R2 values are derived by setting Vout to 1.8V
ultracap (C2) used is Cellergy's 4.2V 20mF with ESR rated at 0.36ohm
