Hi everybody,
i'm trying to do a spice model of an avalanche photodiode for my project.
can anybody explain to me how do i go about drawing the model?

Sure, a lot of people. However it's not easy to get a usable APD Spice model, see e.g. , especially the posting from Brian Howie - 20 Jul 2004 10:56 GMT.

G00GLE gives you a lot of papers with suggestions how to model APD diodes, but I didn't find any presenting a really usable model, sorry! :-(
