Help with Logic level converter

anybody can help me with wiring this card in my circuit

i have 5V RX/TX from PIC16F877A and i want to communicate with uart card 3.3V TX/RX but the problem how can i test this card i applied 5V on HV side and i got no output on LV side, is anybody used this product before.

simply i want the correct connection what i have to do to use this card corrcetly

It has a voltage divider (two resistors) to translate the 5v to 3v so this part is very easy to work with (RXhv=input, RXlv=output),.

In the reverse direction you need to connect the HV to 5v and LV to 3.3v power supply,
these two supply a mosfet so that you can get 5v from 3v3 (TXlv=input, TXhv=output)
