HELP with igbt/mosfet driver please!!!

I'm trying to drive a mosfet using ir2110. I tried a lot of thing but still couldn't get an output from the 2110. Both high output and low output doesn't give a voltage output. They ara always at zero. What may be the problem? Please help because i'm stuck badly.

what was the used connection ? . please send it to troubleshoot the circuit.

There was no error in connection. I checked several times and built the circuit from the beginning. But couldn't solve the problem. I just changed the breadboard and built the circuit again and it worked. Mysterious problems, meaningless solutions, i always face
