Hi everyone,
can anyone state me the difference between hspice and spice syntax?
will a hspice netlist be simulated in the spice and vice versa.
how to simulate hspice in cadence with spectre.
Thanks and regards,
Md. Zubair Alam

As the name suggests, HSPICE is based on SPICE (the original USC Berkeley simulation software) and uses the same circuit description language. Basic SPICE circuits should be always understood by HSPICE, as well as other SPICE derivates.

HSPICE is extending the language by some elements that are not downwards compatible.
