why my LNA gain is negative(db)?
 

Are you checking the power gain or voltage gain?
 

Probably because instead of gain you are getting loss. Have you checked your biasing and matching circuits? What kind of topology are you using?

It would help if you could post your circuit.

i think the parameters are probably not set right,but i can't find
 

r2,r3,M3 form the transimpedance stage,

I post another circuit ,you can see this one ,its gain also negative
