Help,voltage clamp circuit?

Hi:
I need a clamp to clamp the error amplifier circuit. As shown in Figure circuits to achieve the function, but in the process that i used,there is no NPN transistor, if the PNP transistor can be achieved with such a feature? and how to achieve it? Or, are there other circuit to achieve this function do?
