A low power RF generator shall be designed and constructed with the specifications as follows.
Frequency: standard RF gas discharge frequency
Output power: adjustable from 0 to < 100W
Impedance matching network: manual tunable matching network
Shielding: standard RF shielding
Overheating protection: yes
Further development: forward and reflected power sensing and indication, automatic matching network tuning

Anyone hav any ideas for this topic? or any links bout this? i need it urgently!! thxx

I assume that ' standard RF gas discharge frequency ' is 13.56MHz, if so then you caould get some ideas for a driver circuit by seaching for 20m transmitter circuits, there should be plenty of them upto to 10W and maybe some at the power you are looking for.

for higher power try

They supply high power RF FETs have some application notes on how to use them.

For the matching search for antenna tunig units. There will probably be designs on the net for automatic antenna tuners, and certainly vswr bridges.

If you have never worked with this sort of RF power before, take great care it can burn quite badly, and if you are using high voltage FETs make sure you have some interlock to prevent contact with the supply when the amplifier is on.

Good luck
Peter
