HElp... Unable to Receive Ack from Slave STC3100 configured in I2c mode...

I am configuring MUC in I2c mode... i am using STC3100 as a slave device... i am able to send the device address... write... but then i am not receiving any ACK in return from the slave device... due to which i am stuck and so am not able to Read data from the slave device... can u please help me with me... its an emergency for me...
