i designed a ris element with 5 x 5 patches ant 4 rf switches the expected outcome is by changing the switch states the reflected wave angles should change bot every combination i am getting same phi value can anyone help me?
 

High coupling between adjacent patches can affect the independent control of each patch. Ensure proper spacing and use decoupling techniques if necessary.
