super source follower

It is recently that I studied the analog circuits design with the text book "Analysis and design of analog integrated circuits." It mentions a circuit that is the super source follower of this book at the chapter 3. But it focus on the circuit characteristics whereas don't show the detailed operation theory. So could everyboy explains the super source follower how to use the negative feedback to reduce the output resistance? Also could someone explain what type of the feedback network for this circuit?
