Help to convert gray code

I am using absolute encoder which has *** code output.

After reading on internet I have got to know that it it single-track gray code.

Cut and paste the following into any search engine:

"gray code to binary conversion"

You don't say if you're trying to do this with software, an FPGA or discrete circuitry.
 

I am using controller so software is required. or any simple circuit also will do like logic GATES.
